| This hive set is unassembled, allowing you to personally build and finish your hive. It does not include frames or foundation, so be sure to purchase those separately. The bottom board is screened for ventilation and comes with a galvanized steel insert to assist with mite monitoring and airflow control. A wooden entrance reducer is included to regulate access as needed. The telescopic outer cover includes a weather-resistant metal sheet for added durability, and the inner cover provides a proper top seal while allowing for moisture control and possible jar feeding. Assembly is straightforward using wood glue (not included) and screws (included).
